The column cell values are like ‘Books_Arts_Art&Agriculture’ , 'Books_Arts_Art&Musics ’ , is there a way to:

Split the column into Column 1: Books, Column 2: Arts_Stories behind the Paintings.
Or trim the wordings before ‘Arts’?
