In the options for a field in the column list, allow the user to bring a field to the top. Similarly, if they’re clicking on a field in a table, allow them an option to bring the field all the way to the left.
What is the use case?
It’s a terrible experience to drag and bring a field all the way to the top of the list and similarly, bring that field to the leftmost of the table. To tie it all together, once all the important fields are on the left/top, the user would multi-select all other fields to hide them.
How often would this feature be used?
Daily - We have ~200-ish users/customers that are all requesting for this feature.
What is the impact of this feature on your organization?
+1 to this, and as a corollary: to be able to multi-select columns/fields to move them.
