I made a team/workspace for each business unit. I want to make each department head an admin so they can manage their own team and permissions. If I make a user an admin in my instance will they be able to see documents in other workspaces? I do not want my team admins to have global access to all workspaces.
If you make a user an Admin they will have the same Admin rights as yourself. So yes they would be able to access any of the other documents in other workspaces. If you don’t want them to have access to all documents, settings, connection, etc. then I wouldn’t suggest making them an Admin. Making a user a team admin is probably a great idea as they only have admin permissions for just that workspace.
